
VIA CARPATIA
Via Carpatia is the annual International Forum of Central and Eastern Europe, launched in 2018. The Forum is a large-scale event consisting of festivals, concerts, exhibitions, workshops and other events with the participation of Ukrainian and foreign performers and participants. The scientific and practical part includes the conference “Circle of Vincenz”, where thought leaders, representatives of state authorities, local governments have the opportunity to discuss the problems of development of the Carpathian region, political, cultural, environmental and other topical issues. All Forum activities are free of charge.
The main organizer of Via Carpatia is All-Ukrainian Democratic Forum. Humanitarian Studio Khvylia is co-organizer of the Forum.

Cultural Diplomacy
International Advocacy for Human Rights and Humanitarian Issues in Occupied Crimea and in the Armed Conflict Zone in Eastern Ukraine; advocacy for separation of humanitarian and political issues, including updating issues of hostages, stop political persecutions and war crimes by Russian Federation. Sites cultural and human rights public events at various international venues: PACE, European Parliament, OSCE, UN etc.

Art of Tolerance
The Platform involves holding international festivals and tours “Art of Tolerance” in different countries. These activities have educational and performing components. The core objective of the Platform is to develop an intercultural dialogue between the representatives of different nations and traditions and to promote the values of tolerance and multiculturalism in the world. The activities of the Platform include training for music teachers, students, and musicians as well as scientific conferences, art exhibitions, theater performances, literary readings, etc. It is crucial not only to show multicultural connections but also to include them in educational process and culture policy of the countries. In the form of a festival and campaign, the Art of Tolerance has existed since 2007. The Art of Tolerance Platform has also human rights activities:
– Monitoring and analysis of cases of discrimination, xenophobia and hate speech:
– Conducting strategic litigation cases in court on hate crimes;
– Preparation of analytical reports;
– Organizing mediation meetings;
– Organizing advocacy campaigns.

Human & Law
The program “Human and Law” on Espreso TV is dedicated to the challenges and threats to human rights and freedoms in Ukraine and in the world, about the existing mechanisms of protection, and where to contact if a person becomes a victim of human rights violations. This program is about the success stories of people who were able to defend their rights. The program covers the activities of international human rights institutions, the activities of the European Court of Human Rights, the UN Committees and the Council of Europe, etc., as well as the activities of national and international non-governmental organizations.
