Cultural Diplomacy

Background

Our experience of holding events over the last 4 years demonstrates the effectiveness of mechanisms of cultural and public diplomacy. Our organization have been able to promote the continuation of sanctions against the Russian Federation, the remarks of our experts have been taken into account in the resolutions of the PACE, UN, OSCE. Particularly effective are cultural and artistic events, which are an innovative form of advocacy. Cultural and artistic events open the eyes of foreign diplomats to the roots of problems, make them sympathize: touch the culture of the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar peoples, see their modernity and relevance, feel cultural, mental connection with the persecuted people, see the victims of persecution and the real picture of human rights in the occupied territories, understand the roots of repression against the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar peoples and the continuity of their struggle for their homeland , see the multidimensionality of the culture of the entire Ukrainian people and their desire for freedom.

As usual, side events are attended by 20-30 people and their representation is usually not very high. Our public cultural events are attended by hundreds of world-class politicians and diplomats and they always happen with great success and high effectiveness.
